I am not aware of a utility like this for Spanish. I would love to add support for Spanish to Jisho, however there does not seem to be a dictionary available for that.

Those looking for other languages, try TranslateIt! (http://mac.gettranslateit.com/). It handles several languages, including Spanish, allows instant translation by selecting a word, etc.

An outstanding app that condenses what is an exceeding complex language to an unassuming app. Brilliant.
I see where there are additional languages for translation, (not included in this Zot: Russian, German, and French). Great future Zots!

I have little use for this, but it’s seems like it might be worth the 7.50 even if I only use it once or twice a year.

I bought this a few years ago, and it gets a LOT of use out of me. No internet needed, and it has more details than many online dictionaries anyway. The varying degrees of accuracy lets you put in part of a word & find it, or similar ones.
Excellent software. Fast, easy, and is easily worth the money for any Japanese student / learner / anyone who needs a Japanese dictionary.
Now if only we could get Jim Breen’s WWWJDICT site in an offline form, in its entirety…
