Just imagine Mystery, fantasy, science fiction or comedy. It’s all there – in your imagination. You only need an avenue to get it out. That’s where StoryMill from Mariner Software enters. All the powerful features you need to get what’s in your imagination out of your head and onto the page.
Be Creative
StoryMill is designed for you to manage the creative process of writing. Use StoryMill’s powerful and dynamic outlining features to track, tag and filter your characters, scenes, locations, research and more.
Be Flexible
StoryMill can be either a simple, no-nonsense place to write and revise using its distraction-free fullscreen mode and powerful annotation feature, or a complete database of every character, location and scene that makes up your novel.
Be Organized
The Timeline is the most unique feature of StoryMill – showing the chronological order of your scenes – regardless of how they appear in your narrative. With the Timeline feature you can group scenes into story lines, add events and see how multiple story lines affect your novel.

What rotten timing. Should have had this up a month ago, in time for the start of National Novel Writing Month (nanowrimo.org).
If I saw this ZOT on October 21st, I would have just bought it on the off-hand chance I decided to try and write a novel.
But now it’s the 21st. If I had started on a novel, it would be too late to put it into StoryMill.
If I hadn’t started one, which, of course, I didn’t, it would be too late to start, even with StoryMill.

I’ve used many of these type of apps. I write non-fiction so they don’t help me a lot. Bring back Ulysses 2.0 on a weekend like this so we can try it again.
