Hello,
is this CRM app linked to iCAL and the address book? I’d like to sync the entries with my iPhone. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Tom,
Thanks, for your question.
No, this app is not linked to iCal and the AddressBook. Instead of this it has a Server Edition with iPhone web application.
Yesterday one macZOTer suggested me a really useful iPhone integration method. I put it into the feature request list for our developers, but it takes some months to create a native iPhone application for our CRM solution.

I like this type of applications. I would love to try it so hopefully there will be a longer Zot in the future (Weekend Zot?).
Given the multiple features it’s hard to just do a quick test and decide.
I’m not a big fan of FileMaker these days, since switching to Panorama. I think that FileMaker offered some productivity kits free of charge, which included modules for contacts and tasks. I’d like to see the value added by CRM+, so hopefully there will be another opportunity at Maczot, perhaps with a longer duration.

Stay tuned :)
