Thank you all for your input, whether it rolled right out of your mind or you spent time in consideration.
Here’s what’s going on from our Inside-MacZOT perspective.
1. We’re doing things that we haven’t done before (and often times others haven’t either - though they might soon.)
2. As the popularity of MacZOT increases, the current systems are being stretched like the industrial spandex used in some of those yo-mama jokes mentioned previously.
We’re working on this and are pleased to announce - although informally here in the blog - that each day we’re making the site better for you.
3. We’re 100% accountable no matter what. That means, if you purchase something from MacZOT, we’ll provide the serial and you can feel confident of that.
What’s nice is that most of the items are shareware, so you can begin using them as soon as you get the download link (which on the mystery items might be another day.)
There is so much great feedback. If I can do anything, I’ll make a commitment today to provide a state of the ZOT so you can feel confident you’re being heard.
