Get PhotoStyler Alone here for $9.99

PhotoStyler is the easiest way to style your digital photos with your Mac.
This simple, fast and accurate native solution combines the powers of Apple’s core technologies with the flexibility and efficiency of proprietary application-specific modules. PhotoStyler supports all image formats that are supported by MacOS including RAW images, it uses your GPU to process the photos wherever possible, and it turns photo styling work into fun. Once you’ve used PhotoStyler to style your first photo you’ll appreciate the speed with which you’re able to achieve results you’ll love.

Definitely try this one out. I didn’t think I’d have any use for this since I’m a competent Photoshopper, but it’s so fun and easy and the presets are great and it’s easy to make your own. It can quickly give a “look” to a website or gallery. Recommended. – parkerbennett from our ZOT blog…

★★★★★Worth every penny!!!
Written by Itay Gal 1 month ago

If it is hard for you to decide if spending this amount of money on this course is the right thing to do then as you already read in the title IT IS! I had my doubts if taking this course and struggled for a few days with a lot of other tutorials on the net, after this few days i felt really lost and before i gave up i decided to give this course a try, and it just put me on the right track in a few hours. the explanations are detailed and in simple english (I’m not a native english speaker). When i had some questions i wrote the instructor an email and got helpful and quick answer, and Shawn even created a new session that explains the topic Shawn suggested using for the solution of my problem. So Thank you Shawn for this course and answers.”

This is the three-day course I teach to businesses who want to teach their programmers how to do iPhone programming.

You will save time and you’ll learn quickly with this course!

Cost of the Live Course

The live course I teach is customized to the particular business’ programmer needs. This video course is more generic, but still teaches the fundamentals of that class.

I charge businesses $3,000 per programmer for the customized, live-course.

This course requires an Apple Macintosh computer that has OSX Lion installed.

You’ll need to install the Xcode software.  We have a free tutorial on how to do this.

Don’t have a mac?  Don’t want to buy one yet?

You can rent a mac here (~$20/month):

Who is this course for?

You should be familiar with programming and Object-Oriented Programming.

Results and Goals

I have taught this material to programmers and they have quickly been productive for their companies. I understand that the price of this course seems high.  These concepts and the material presented here have been developed over the past 3 years.

By taking advantage of these video courses that start from the basics, using a see-and-do model, you should quickly learn by doing.  If anything, you will be learning ahead of the ‘standard learning’ curve for new iPhone programmers.

Even though I am a professional software developer, who has been developing commercial software since high school, it took 6 months of reading iPhone programmer books and creating iPhone apps to ‘get it’.

Programmers I have taught this material to, have beaten this learning curve by months. You will save time, which is money… you could be making on apps!  I am sure you will ‘get it’ quickly, through this video course as well.

I envy you and the investment you have made in yourself and your future career in iPhone app development.  This course will bootstrap you and enable you to be productive quickly as an iPhone app developer.  I’ll lead you by the hand from the basics to a published app in the app store.

Cheers to your success,

Shawn Arney – professional iOS Developer and trainer

Questions And Help During the Course?

Send questions about any video or topic to:

Mike Biskup asks Dan Murphy of Udemy:

Why should our users BUY Udemy videos when they can find so much FREE stuff on YouTube/Vimeo etc etc etc…?
You get what you pay for. These are 5-10hrs of guided tutorial, so at the end of the course you have really learnt something. You just can’t get that off YouTube.

What is the refund policy on the course?
We like to keep our users happy, so we have a 30-day no questions asked refund policy. Send an email to for refund requests.

How did Udemy get started?
It was started by 3 co-founders that wanted to make good education available/affordable to everyone

What have been 3 of your most popular courses? Why?
Ruby, iOS and PHP……people want to learn to code and iOS is always popular.

Will these courses pay for themselves in the long run?
Like any knowledge it depends on what you do with it. But yes the content in these courses can be used as a starting point into a career in web/app development space

Can I really make my own Udemy course? How?
You sure can. Simply go to and click the ‘create a course’ button at the top left of the screen and follow you nose =)

How long do I have access to the course materials?

You can view and review the lecture materials indefinitely, like an on-demand channel.

Can I take my courses with me wherever I go?
Definitely! If you have an internet connection, courses on Udemy are available on any device at any time. If you don’t have an internet connection, some instructors also let their students download course lectures. That’s up to the instructor though, so make sure you get on their good side!

MouserWorks makes unique themes for Rapidweaver.

Adagio, Bookshelf, Duo, Fresco and the new Retro Themes are $68.75
separately, or will be available soon in a new Theme Bundle for $44.99.
MouserWorks is offering this bundle before it is released at 1/2 off
    the discounted bundle price!

All Themes come with basic options for Width, Sidebar placement, etc.
Many of the themes feature extra options you expect from RW themes,
such as ExtraContent, prettyPhoto for fullscreen slideshows  and
    @fontface fonts
[features vary per theme, check specs for each].

The Retro Bundle includes 5 Themes:

    • Adagio takes the
Sidebar Area and turns it into a full-fledged content area. Normally
the Sidebar Area in the Page Inspector puts content on the side of your
main text, but Adagio moves it to its own area at the top of the page.
This opens up a whole new range of possibilities. Features: Adjustable
Navigation in Sidebar or Header, @fontface Fonts.
    • Bookshelf contains
many customizations, a large number of color choices, and amost any
element on the page can have its color changed. Features: Uder
replaceable Header Images, Navigation can be located in the Sidebar or
      Header, 2 extraContent Areas.
    • Duo is based on a
Two-Column layout that is auto expanding, meaning that the column
backgrounds will always be the same height, whether the Sidebar or
Content area. The Sidebar Area becomes part of your page, especially
with a lot of content, instead of just a Navigation area, since it
stretches along with the Content Area. Features: @fontace Fonts, extraContent in the Footer.
    • Fresco contains a
variety of Headers, along with the option to have a Header Slideshow.
Want to use your own images? In Rapidweaver 5, it is as simple as
dragging an image into your Resources, renaming it, and selecting the
Resource Header Option. And in RW4 you can use RWMultiTool to change
the headers or drag a snippet into the Page Inspector. Features:
      prettyPhoto,@fontface Fonts.
    • Retro offers a
variety of Header, Background, Font, Layout, Width and Color options to
customize your site. Header Images included, along with the
option to hide the Header Images and the Footer Background Color. Page
      Background Images included, along with
several Content and Sidebar Area shape and shading
options. Features: 2 extraContent Areas [below Header and in Footer],

releases of Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox and on Mac and PC. Internet
Explorer 8-9 is supported, earlier versions vary by theme.

All themes are designed for Rapidweaver 4.4 and Rapidweaver 5. Purchase includes all maintenance updates for the themes.

without any programming knowledge or prior training!
Experiment interactively with your clients, and quickly visualize scenarios of your application, even before the coding has started.

    • Show screen mockups to your customers, and get valuable feedback from them.
    • Speed up design and development by bridging the gap between clients and developers, using MockupScreens to visualize the application being built.
    • Clearly understand your users by turning abstractideas into screen mockups that everybody will understand.
    • Manage user expectations by building on user feedback, using MockupScreens to demonstrate the design and function of the system.
    • Clarify requirements and set the priorities right, to avoid rework later.

    For Independent Consultants…

If you are independent consultant or developer, then MockupScreens allows you to prepare bids and proposals much more quickly than you can do today. If you can develop and submit an additional proposal every three months, this piece of software will pay for itself immediately.

Or if You Work for Corporate IT Department!

And if you work for corporate IT department, then MockupScreens avoids misunderstandings and expensive development projects that result in the wrong system being developed. And we are talking about tiny fraction of the cost of project development!

    Understand Your Customer:

Once the requirements have been gathered, take the easy route and test your grasp of the users' needs by presenting them with the one thing they understand best. Give them a visual representation of the screens that they'll actually use when the new system is installed. MockupScreens lets you show them what you believe they need, in terms that they'll understand. Users will have an opportunity to tell you what they REALLY want, before program development begins.

    Get Better Software Requirements!

Misunderstandings are costly in software development. If you are not careful, you could find yourself aiming at a moving target while scope creeps up on you or even end up building an application that nobody needs or wants. The right thing to do is to use prototypes as a tool to show you where you are wrong – immediately.

    Ensure Your Team's Success!

Many top-notch software development teams don't have system analysts on board. The task of developing the requirements often falls to the programmer who has the best communication skills. With developers, users, and management speaking their own special languages, there are many opportunities to "get it wrong".

You can ensure your success by creating and presenting visual prototypes, including screen shots or screen mockups. Mockupscreens lets you speed your way through the creation of visual prototypes. You don't need to be an artist to create clear, stunning screens with MockupScreens.

What if You Already Own Some Other GUI Capable Tool?

Some people ask me why would they need MockupScreens if they already have a design or programming package with GUI design capability. Well, MockupScreens is completely different because it's designed SPECIFICALLY for this task. With MockupScreens you can:

    • Enable non-programmers and non-designers to "draw" application screens
    • Comment your mockups right in the meeting with customers
    • Populate screen elements with data easily
    • Organize screens in scenarios
    • Achieve far greater productivity
    • Create screens which can't be mistaken for "almost done" application
    • Change look of your mockups "on the fly"

    As Seen on MSDN Magazine:

The developers of Timing and macZOT have come together to DROP the App Store price especially for YOU during today’s ZOT!

Requirements: Mac OS X 10.6.6 or later

Which applications is Timing compatible with? – FAQ

    More info –

    Developer Interview – Daniel Alm

    > 1 What’s the most unique, useful feature of your product?

Most time tracking applications require you to start and stop timers manually. But Timing automatically determines what documents you are working on right now, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting to set a timer!

    > 2 Why did you create this app? or What need were you trying to satisfy?

While I was creating my previous app, PocketCAS (, I was always wondering how much time I spent on it. But as I don’t consider myself disciplined enough to start and stop timers all the time, there was no way for me to find out. So I created a tool that does all this tracking automatically.

    > 3 What is most interesting to you about developing SW for the Mac and/or iOS platforms.

I love how Apple’s frameworks make it easy to create really awesome functionality very quickly. It’s very satisfying to finally see a great feature that you spent a lot of time on working perfectly.

    > 4 What features should a prospective buyer look into during a trial of your product?

The application is really easy to use. Just start it once to have it start tracking in the background, then revisit it after a day to review and categorize your activities.

    > 5 What are some interesting experiences you’ve had creating new versions of your software when OS is upgraded?

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Timing worked out of the box with Lion.

    > 6 What’s your favorite Mac app out there from another developer? Why?

I think that would be TeXShop. I am still a student, so I have to write a lot of scientific texts, and TeXShop is as close to the perfect LaTeX editor as you can get.

    > 7 What features would you like to add to your product that at this time seem improbable/impossible?

Currently, Timing only displays your activities aggregated by day. It would be nice to have a real timeline overview of what you did at an exact moment, but there are some serious user interface and engineering challenges attached to it. It’s hard to present your activities ordered by time in a clean and uncluttered fashion.

    > 8 What’s your upgrade policy?

Upgrades for version 1 will be free, but I have not decided about the pricing on future major upgrades yet.

    > 9 What are the answers to some common questions people have about your app before they buy?

I often get asked me if a specific application is supported by Timing. There’s a compatibility chart at, but it’s by no means extensive. It’s best to download the free version, Timing lite, and check for yourself. It’s functionality isn’t limited, but it will only present today’s and yesterday’s activities.

    Thanks Daniel!

Clean Text is a must when you have to paste some text copied from one document or application into another, and you want the text to get the attributes (such as color, font, dimension and style) of the new document instead of preserving the attributes copied from the old one. What’s more, the brand new Quick Clean action let you solve with a single click the most common cleaning problems of text found in email messages, documents and web pages.

Testimonial – Giusva Iannitelli – PensieriParole Staff

“We collect more than 25,000 quotes in our website. The database is mainly based on user submissions, and hand editing all of them to meet our typographical conventions simply couldn’t be done. Clean Text really is what saved us these years.”

    Iconized window
Clean Text sports the brand new Iconize feature: just a click and your favorite application becomes a handy and small window that stays on top of all the other windows and performs on the text present on the general clipboard of the Mac, two of the most used features: fixing text and strip style.
