How it works
MathMagic Personal Edition is a stand-alone equation editor application.
You run MathMagic, write any equation or symbol in the editor window fast and easily via keyboard or palettes, or typing TeX expressions or pasting LaTeX or MathML from other editor.
Then, you can bring the beautiful equation to other applications and documents, via Copy&Paste, Drag&Drop, or Export in PDF, PICT, PNG, JPEG, GIF, LaTeX, Plain TeX, MathML, Wiki equation, and more.
MathMagic even comes with Text-To-Speech to read out your equations and symbols in a voice as you read equation by the math notation. Or, you can copy it out as a normal English sentence. This can be useful when learning how to read math.
Since MathMagic is built on top of TeX-like powerful equation formatting engine and WYSIWYG editor, you get the high quality equations on both screen display and various outputs.
Thousands of large publishers around the world are relying on MathMagic to publish their Text books and technical publications.
You can also re-edit those equations by pasting back to MathMagic’s editor window.
MathMagic also read various foreign equations, such as MathType equation, Google Docs equation, MS Word equation, Wiki equation, via Drag and Drop or Copy and Paste.

I use this all the time to write out math formulas. It is excellent! Math+Magic has almost every math function I can imagine. It’s very quick and easy to use, exports to a number of different formats, can drag and drop to Pages, and is a lifesaver for my homework It does virtually all types of math layout really really really well without me having to learn code (LaTex) or anything else. If you do math, get it at this price!

This is a must-have application for every mathematician like me: after just 10 minutes I immediately noticed how better is compared to other apps that offer the same service (just look at the beauty of the integral symbol alone, way better then symbols used by other similar applications). At this price I could not help but buy it!

The last time I bought this app it stopped working after a year – never did get a response from my e-mails, so it makes me hesitate to get this offer.

Again, thank you very much for using MathMagic.
In the past, if you purchased with a “Free upgrade” option, you were required to get a new License code after the free upgrade service period to use the last version permanently.(this was explained in the original License email, and it was not just for MacZot promo ones but all our other customers had the same situation).

Anyway, we are sorry for the inconvenience but please simply send us (to support at mathmagic dot com) an email to get a new License code for your last version. If you are happy with your previous version, you don’t have to purchase a new version or an upgrade.
Now, we have a new improved License code system, which you don’t have to contact us to get a new License code.

The License code you receive from this purchase will just work continuously even after the free upgrade period, with the last version in 1-year period regardless of the version number.
