As for getting the Pangea Arcade/Ottomatic game, send a real email to the same address listing all possible emails they might have (as my PayPal email and MacZot email are completely different). Just explain you still haven’t received the game you chose as part of MacZot’s MacPak deal. After I wrote them an email, they responded right back and forwarded they email they supposedly had already sent me with my registration # (somehow that email just have got put into my Junk mail folder and I had deleted it — this actually happened with Mountain Tank as well).

As for SmartBackup, here are the instructions for that:

If you haven’t already, download SmartBackup from http://freeridecoding.net/smartbackup/index.html so you can register it. The registration email address for TheMacPak has a special prefix. Just add “macpak.” (without the quotes and be sure to include the period) to the front end of your MacZot email address.

For example:
macpak.stevejobs@apple.com

This’ll work perfectly for almost all customers, unless you have a special character in your email address, like a + sign. In this case, simply remove the plus sign, and try again.
