I downloaded this the other day and didn’t find it very fun. Too many of the default combos just don’t work at all.

hmm, not my favourite to be honest.

I was flipping through a Medieval foam book when I found a reference to an automatic wooden car. The book said the car had some kind of secret concrete sound system. I looked around my comfortable room in the fresh mechanical hotel I was staying in, marveling at the echo-friendly glitter appliance I had just purchased. Surely this would be a step up from my old electric nuclear appliance! I was lucky I could afford either, working as I did for an artificial nuclear company. I popped another electric chocolate decoration into my mouth and kept reading…
See, I made THAT with idea generator!

I’ve been wanting an app like this for several years now. The way I had it planned out was very close to this. Awesome widget for writers or anyone else who just wants their brain unjammed occasionally. Just plug a lot more words into this, and it’s one of my dream apps already. Thanks!

I’m really glad to hear your review Chris.. I had gotten this with the Monkey Labs bundle with the Quadrazot and I was afraid that the monkeys at Monkey Labs had completely wasted a good chunk of their lives writing this widget.
But I’m glad to see that someone is getting some use out of it. For me, it’s a waste of memory and dashboard space.
But I don’t want to end on a negative note, for fear that my post will get deleted, so let me add: The stuff coming out of Monkey Labs is great. I love picture framer and the little checklist notepad is pretty cool too.

I think it’s kinda fun…looks like I can add my own words. Wish the results would line up in the center, though.

Would be great to be able to import others’ word lists.
It’s a fun little app … different is good.

This has improved since the preview of this that came with the Monkey Bundle in the Quadrazot. Being able to import lists would be fantastic. Not nearly enough variety in words right now.
But… the size was much better before! I want the wheel, but this thing is just HUGE now! I swear it was a lot smaller before!

A fantastic screensaver for those who like this is Hotel Magritte (now called Hotel Gadget), by the way.

A neat little widget. Kudos on the minized mode though, since some of us don’t have a ton of Dashboard real estate to waste.

Cool!

Funky idea. I was going to say “nope”, but then I found out that I can add my own words to it. Worth hanging onto :)

Hrm. Perhaps maczot should use this app to get them out of the “wow, we’ve really run out of ideas” slump they’ve been in for a few weeks.

I grabbed this and think it’s neat. I like you can add your own words. importing others or special word packs would be a neat add-on.
personally though I tend to avoid Dashboard and would rather have most of the widgets I do use as apps. About the only widget I really like is Dashlytics, at least in widget form.
But really I think I’m just adding worthless words to this discussion.

WOW!
This is just what I’ve been looking for! I can’t thank you enough!
I like to give myself a drawing challenge everyday, but many times can’t think of something to draw. I deleted all of the default words and added my own in three categories- person/subject, verb, and place. This works perfect!
Is there any way I could backup the lists I create?
Thanks sooooo much!

The trick with this is to add your own words. And then it’s even fun as an oracle. To complainers – think outside the box, folks.
